Agents connect to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Google Workspace, Slack, SMS, and your booking page—you plug in your own accounts. Starter includes one outside channel; Business runs several. See platform capabilities.

What can show up on your invoice besides the plan

Your monthly bill is your plan fee plus any extra usage in that period. Here's what "extra" usually means:

Starter includes a solid AI allowance each month before any overage kicks in. You can review usage and invoices from your team workspace. Card billing through Stripe when enabled.

What you're not paying us for

Money your customers pay you—deposits, table bills, product sales—stays in your payment system. Our invoice is only for running TheCompany OS.
